Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Any item that is returned used, altered, or without its original packaging will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards and personalized items
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
